On behalf of the people of the City of Cranston, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate CLCF on its more than 50 years of success in providing positive outlets for the youth of our community. The lessons that the children of Cranston learn from CLCF are not only about athletics, but also about the importance of competition, sportsmanship, and overall physical fitness.

I also want to thank all of the coaches and volunteers who give so much of their time to this organization. Your efforts have provided countless children with a distinct advantage, both socially and athletically, as they move forward into their high school years and beyond.
